Super Cookout # 4-1/2 - Clambake by the Beach

My family will be in town on vacation and they are renting a house by the water. There is a huge wrap around deck, gigantic lawn leading up to the beach...and a Hot Tub!!
This will be kid friendly, until their bedtime, so please feel free to bring your kiddos along!

Beer Pong, flip cup, corn hole, and badminton/volleyball, and any other games you'd like to bring...yes, Amanda, Twister ;-)

We will get a large amount of steamers and a few lobsters to start, but encourage people to bring additional seafood they'd like to bake in the pit, and anything else of course.

We're starting early, but for those who work that day (most everyone) come anytime you can...

Hi Erin! I have two pups and really wanted to bring them, but unfortunately had to have my walker hang out with them this weekend, as the vacation house is off limits to doggies :( If you and the family would like to stop by later, please do!

Hello Kamron,
I'm new to PortSports and fairly new to Maine. I'll be up in the area that afternoon hikin' with my dog and, if it works out, think it would be great to stop by and meet some of you! Would it be okay with you and your family to bring my dog along? If not, I completely understand, just let me know. Looking forward to it!

Hi All!

Just wanted to say I hope everyone can make it out on Friday! Just a reminder, this is a family friendly event and we will not be hosting anyone overnight, as it is a private vacation community and they may have sore feelings about a rowdy loud bunch after certain hours. Granted, we can have fun late, just let's keep it chill ;-p And given past events, I must say this now PLEASE DO NOT VENTURE ON TO ANY OTHER NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES OR OFF OF THE BEACH AREA DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE! I appreciate everyone's understanding on that!

I am new to the group and to Maine. I have recently moved here from
California. I would like to come. I will not know anyone. I would be coming from Portland. Is the clambake on Friday @ 3:00pm. I would be happy to help out setting up. I can also bring something, like cookies or an appetizer.
Please let me know if this event would be appropriate for me to come to.
