Skill Level: This course is for beginners, or players that have never formally learned volleyball technique and fundamentals.

Our formally trained and experienced instructor, Irina, will guide you through volleyball techniques and fundamentals to help you learn the game and be able to play comfortably.

Irina's goals will be to help you learn enough so that you will be able to sustain volleys while having fun and staying within the rules of the game. 

This course will involve:
1.5 Hours of Instruction 
A 30 Minute Game 

What to Bring: 
Clean Gym Shoes ( No outdoor shoes should be worn into the gym, to help protect you and the floor )  
Knee Pads ( if you have them )  
Water Bottle
